
| Grade | Definition |
| SS (Still Sealed) | Never Opened Item / Brand New |
| M (Mint) | Should be perfect in every way with no flaws, and is opened. |
| M- (Near Mint) | Nearly perfect item that shows no obvious signs of wear. |
| VG++ (Very Good Plus Plus) | We use this grade for an item that is between VG+ and M-. |
| VG+ (Very Good Plus) | Shows signs that it was used and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took good care of it. |
| VG (Very Good) | An item similar to VG+ where the defects are more pronounced. Some signs of wear evident. |
| VG- (Very Good Minus) | A notch below "VG". |
| G++ (Very Good Plus Plus) | This grade given to an item that is between G+ and VG. |
| G+ (Good Plus) | This grade given to an item that is between G and G++. |
| G (Good) | This item will have visible signs of wear, with writing or other defects possible. |
| P++ (Poor Plus Plus) | Not in good condition, and is offered mainly to collectors who need to fill a gap in their collection. |
| P+ (Poor Plus) | Similar to above, but with slightly more damage or use. |
| P (Poor) | Broken or heavily damaged in some way. For instance a warped, cracked or broken record. |
